Terms of service

1. BANK DEPOSIT: Kindly settle the payment within 3 days from the date of order. Order will only be confirmed with full payment. We do not guarantee the availability of the products & services if we did not received your payment on or before the deadline. Your order will be cancelled without prior notice. [note: KALEIDO will not be responsible for any bank charges.]


2. MAILING or COURIER SERVICE: You will be notify by email/WhatsApp when your parcel has been sent out.


PERSONAL DELIVERY: You will be notify to confirm the schedule date and time of the delivery by email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to levy an additional charge if contact and delivery details are not complete or incorrect, leading to further delivery attempts or any other additional time and/or labour.


3. There will be no refund or exchange for goods & services.


4. In case of disputes, KALEIDO’s decision shall be final.

FESTIVE GIFTS & HAMPERS: Due to unforeseen circumstances or in the event of supply difficulties, it is necessary to substitute a product without prior notice. The product will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces, at no extra cost to you.
